Haymarket Grill serves Contemporary American style cuisine. Our philosophy is: to make the best food, you must use the best ingredients. 

We feature the freshest ingredients we can find.  We prepare most of the items on our menu from scratch in order to provide you with fresh, high quality product. 

Our chefs are constantly creating new dishes that will intrigue even the frequent diner. They strive to keep the menu in tune with the seasons. This is why the best quality, freshest product can always be served. We attain produce when it is in season, and therefore is at its peak. We complement this with an ever changing selection of imported and micro brewed tap beer, bottled beer, martinis and wine.
